All of the workshops are short and challenging to each student. Each workshop is taught by an expert in the areas of Sewing/Couture Fashion Design.
By completing the Enrollment Agreement all of the students have read the Center's online polices at www.klccouturecareerdevelopmentcenter.com. The policies are listed in the link entitled Training for Adults.
A student agrees to abide by the terms listed in the Enrollment Agreement and listed in the online link Training for Adults in www.klccouturecareerdevelopmentcenter.com website. The regulations and policies of KLC Couture Development Center, Inc. Enrollment Agreement constitute the entire agreement between the Center and a student if the student is over the age of 18. If the student is under the age of 18, this agreement constitutes agreement between the student and guardian. The student or guardian understands that if the Agreement is accepted by KLC Couture Development Center, Inc. Sewing/Couture Fashion Design Training it shall be deemed a binding contract.
DISCLAIMER - In the event of a dispute arising out of this Agreement, KLC Couture Development Center,
Inc. Sewing/Couture Fashion Design Training shall be entitled to reimbursement of all
reasonable attorney's fees and costs expended by KLC Couture Development Center,
Inc. in the resolution of the dispute or collection of monies due; and in the event of
litigation, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney's fees and costs. KLC Couture Development Center, Inc. the Maryland State Trade Name for the Center, and KLC Couture Career Development Center, Inc. the Center's Legal Full Name cannot be held liable if a student does not follow all of the Center's policies listed in the
Center's website www.klccouturecareerdevelopmentcenter.com in the Adult Training link
and listed in the Center's Enrollment Agreement for ages 16 years old to Adults.
